Muse Design & Construction was established in 2024 in Srinagar as a specialised consultancy focused on integrating architectural creativity with engineering precision and construction execution. We work across residential, commercial, hospitality and interior projects in Jammu & Kashmir, from first consultation through to completion on site.

Every Muse project carries the direct involvement of Er. Syed Rasekh Mushtaq. Design intent is set at the outset, tested against structural and constructability realities, and held through drawings, procurement and site. That continuity is the reason the practice keeps its team small and its oversight direct.
We work as one integrated team rather than as separate design and engineering consultants. Architectural planning and structural planning progress together, so decisions about span, section and material are made while they are still cheap to make.
